Animal abuse/neglect? Don't waste your time.
Can I give 0 stars? I don't know. I used to come here couple times a year for many many years, from when it was at the old location. I lived in Florida, and this was the closest pet store to my brother's, and I loved to come see all the animals! I even bought some occasionally (ferrets one time!) when I came one year to find out they moved and got a new store! It was beautiful, and it was like pet store paradise, and everything looked so nice. And then something happened, maybe new management, but every time I came and asked for the assistant manager in the pet area (as I always did, to make sure I got the professional advice) on care for what I wanted (usually lizards nowadays) it was an entirely different person even within the same year, and every time I bought an animal I was told BS husbandry and sent on my way, or pushed towards animals by some older lady who didn't even work in that location as if she didn't care about anything but the sale. I no longer enjoyed the store and stopped going altogether over the past year or so. Any store that can't keep employees must not be treating them well.
Come to see today a video going around of a snake on the store floor RIDDLED with mites? I've never seen anything like it before at this store or anywhere else, but needless to say I'm not surprised anymore with how the animals looked when I last went.
Save yourself some money and heartache and go to petco or find a breeder for the animal you want, it's not what it used to be. If they can treat one animal that way, I'd never trust the health of what they're willing to sell.

But if you just want supplies they have nice prices.
