My wife and I purchased the Original Mattress Factory top of the line latex foam mattress. The mattress was great for 3-4 months then started sinking. We were still able to sleep on it until around month 9 when the support was completely gone. Both my wife and I would wake up many times throughout the night we severe back cramps. I called the store and asked for someone to come out and take a look at the mattress as it’s not quite a year old and we spent just under $2000 on it. The Warranty inspector “Tim” just left my house and we are to believe that it’s “normal” for the mattress to become so bad you can’t sleep on it in less than a year. Tim the warranty inspector said “yes, I do feel what you are talking about, but I just won’t do anything about it”.

In writing this review I hoping I can prevent them from stealing someone else’s money by selling you a mattress that they know won’t hold up and have no intention of honoring their warranty.
