Best massage in town!! I've been a member for many years and I've never felt rushed. I can tell the therapists truly care about what they do. Absolutely recommend!!

I have been a member there for three years. I called George on June 2nd to cancel my membership due to the fact my therapist had quit and the new one kept changing my appointments. He said nothing about a contract for thirty days notice to cancel. I informed him he had broken his contract due to the fact they were charging 5 dollars more for justin. There is no where I. The contract that states specific technicians can charge more. I expressed to him he had broken the original contract years ago. After years of hearing other technicians talk in the rooms next to each other loudly and putting up with the schedule changes I decided to go elsewhere. I told him not to draft my account. Well they did. I called and asked for a refund and he refused got into a screaming match with me and said I had to give him in writing thirty days notice to cancel the contract. He never told me this on June 2. I think it is really pathetic that a business owner would argue over 69.00. They must be desperate .. I will not recommend this business to anyone. I told him he was very greedy he said his ex wife said the same thing. If the shoe fits wear it! Sad

Arrived for the first time to front desk people loudly complaining about a particular customer. Much chattering in front room while i'm doing paperwork. Two therapists sitting on couch waiting for clients chatting away. I thought they were clients. So the whole atmosphere was not relaxing in the slightest. There is a "transition room" you can go into to relax before your session...but it is the first room that all other clients go past to get to their massage room. And my therapist did not focus on the areas I requested. I was in more pain after I left than before. Will not go back
