Ducts Unlimited installed my heat pump. It was under warranty and broke down twice. The first time they came right away. They were professional and friendly. The second time, it was 8:00 on a Saturday when I called. I didn't get a call from the tech until 4:00 saying that he would be out the next morning. He didn't call and didn't show until Monday morning. There was no explanation or apology.
