I've lived in the area for about four years and this was my first visit; I ordered meatloaf, fired okra and mashed potatoes w/gravy. The restaurant was not busy and swervice was slow which might explain wahy the food was lukewarm. The bread was cold and underbaked. The tab was $9+ which I thought was pricey! The food was good, just not hot!

I went to your restaurant on Friday 5/23/08. We did not even stay, do to the fact that the hostess went to seat us right away. As we are walking to our table she is passing all these perfectly clean ready to seat tables, and walks right to a dirty table. The dishes are removed but there is wet glass marks and food crumbs left on the table, she brushes the crumbs off with her hand, and then proceeds to put our menus down on the dirty table.. We were very sorry to have to leave but that was just to unclean. We do like your restaurant. But we do feel that this issue should be addressed. Maybe one day we will try again.
