Thank you so much for all the care you gave Levi. I called your office needing an emergency visit (not a current patient). Y’all told me to come right over. Josh and Dr Granato were both amazing. Levi needed medical treatment right away and Dr Granato recognized the problem, ran tests and started treatment right away. It was a Saturday and Levi needed more iv treatment and she called the emergency vet office and told them what happened, what she had done and to expect us. Thank you to everyone there from the lady who answered the phone, Josh for taking care of Levi and understanding I was panicked and Dr Granato for the care, expertise and calm nature. Y’all will now be Levi’s doctor and anyone in hendersonville area should come to your office. Y’all are the absolute BEST!!

I have used The Animal Clinic for seven years now, since I got my two cats, as kittens. This veterinary office is tops in my book. My male kitty was treated for a urinary blockage several years ago which was extremely dangerous and traumatic for him but the wonderful doctors at The Animal Clinic took great care of my Paladin2 and nursed him back to health and prescribed a food that would prevent this from ever happening again. He has been great ever since. They are kind, attentive, compassionate, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

Is it so hard to acknowledge a customer/client when they come into your business? I was totally ignored by the 2 ladies at the counter, and they even walked by me and didn't say a word. Finally, after several minutes, I was approached, and I was treated as I was bothering them.



The management of this clinic needs to train and teach their staff about GOOD customer service. There are several other animal clinics I can take my dog to, and plan to do my research to take my business elsewhere.

Totally impressed with everything from the front desk to the exam rooms. Dr Hale and Assistants took so much care and time to check my schnauzer Jill for back pain. The place is really clean and inviting. Pleasant and cheery inside. I have found my new vet for my 3 Barky von Schnauzers , Jack , Jill and Gracie ! Affordable as well ......Thanks

We have two standard poodles we took to have groomed here. We take them to the clinic for ALL of their veterinary care, but will not be bringing them back here to be groomed. When we picked them up they looked cute, but when I got home there was blood everywhere in my car. BOTH dogs had their nails trimmed too close, and after cleaning the blood up, I noticed "hotspots" (red rashy burns from the clippers) around their neck and under their arms. I was livid! I didnt call because the two times prior they did fairly decent, perhaps someone had a bad day... And I absolutely LOVE all of the doctors in the clinic! They are wonderful! I just WOULD NOT recommend their grooming sevices.
