Teenage girls can easily have their feelings hurt, but to tell a youngster that, "the dress that they are trying on you need to get out of that right now before you bust the seams" and then proceed to tell the child that they need to try on a dress that is eight sizes larger then the size they currently wear pushes insensitivity to a new plateau....For the record - the regular size was 12, the sales woman told her to go try on something "over there in the 20's" - just INCREDIBLY rude and when propositioned by parents to offer an apology - she hung up on both!
