Stop by to have my pool water tested and a guy name Vince greeted me. He should be called the "Pool Guy"! Tons of great information, and let me know by coming here he could save me money and make my pool life easy. Thanks, Vince.

Worst place I have ever had the misfortune to use. I ordered a spa filter and paid an extra 10.41 to get it in three days. After 8 days and many phone calls later with no return calls from them, I go to the store myself only to find out that the part they ordered was not the right part at all. Wasn't even close. They now take measurements of my part that I brought with me. They again order the part with a 3 day delivery. It is now 7 days later and they still have not called. I called them only to get a very unpleasant assistant manager who just does not care. I explain I have been waiting for this part since the 2nd of April and it is now the 17th. Again he does not care. It will be in when it gets in..."It's not our fault that its not here" No apology for the inconvenience no concern that a paying customer is concerned about his order. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND STAFF I HAVE EVER SEEN. DO NOT USE THEM...

I set up a new pool for my family this summer and Leslie's in Hendersonville treated me right. They were knowledgeable, tested my water whenever I needed and now my pool is sparkling clean. The manager was very helpful and answered all my questions.

This place is awesome. I found them last year. they know their stuff, and dont rip you off. I know nothing about pools, and with their advise my pool stays looking great. Prices are good, customer service is great. They have gone out of their way to help me sometimes. the manager came to my house and fixed my pump once, after hours. I bake him cookies sometimes, they are like family there.
