Dr. Sims is one of the most caring and confident dentists I've used over the years. The staff is very professional and friendly. They make you feel like family in the way they treat and care for your needs. They do a great job explaining, in a clear concise way, what your examination revealed and what needs to be done to correct the problems at minimum cost to the patient. Love you guys!!

Awesome office and staff! Never enjoyed being at a dental office before...great place to bring your family too, my kids even like them!

Everyone at this office is so friendly. They are very patient focused and it shows. I have referred several people here and they love it too. If you need a dentist Indian Lake is the place to go.

Worse dentist ever!!! I had a late appt. (5:00pm) and they took so many films and spent at least 30 minutes trying to sell me braces and whitening that they didn't start the cleaning until 6:45pm. She barely cleaned them (took maybe 15 minutes) and I left at 7:15... with a horrible cleaning. My husband went and had to have a crown... the first temporary fell out after 1 week - they replaced it. The 2nd fell out after another 2 weeks. Finally they went to put in the real one and the dentist BROKE it when he was putting it in. Put another temporary in that also fell out after 3 weeks. Finally put the real crown in... we'll see how that lasts. TERRIBLE dentist.... do not ever go there!!

I had been going to this dentist for about 5yrs. I thought he was good until he put a crown on my bottom tooth and he had to file the tooth a little. Which was fine but then he decided to file my other crown right above the new one. Within 2 months, my old crown on top broke. I then got a cavity where the old crown was. I had already paid over $2000 for the top and now he wanted me to pay over $2000 again for the same tooth that he shaved down. I will NOT ever recommend him to anyone again.

Do not go to this dentist. They are worst than used cars salesmen trying to get you to "buy up" in dental options. The dentist is rough and only wants your money. If you have an emergency "forget about it" . Between my insurance and my money, I spent over $2000 and when a temporary cap came off after three days, I could not get the dentist to put it back on. They would "try" to squeeze me in. They waited a month to call and "check" on me and when I asked for the dentist to apologize for the poor care. Well, my phone has not rung yet!!!!!



They don't deserve a star but that was the only way I could tell my story.

Best experience ever. Very thorough and professional. The staff is friendly and informative. Dr. Sims is the best dentist.
