Lisa Humphries is such a great instructor. I am so impressed with her studio. It is such a peaceful place to take Pilates at. I have taken Pilates with Lisa over a four year time frame and know how much she cares about her clients and really loves what she does. I would always recommend Lisa and her studio. It is simply the best in Hendersonville Tn.

Angie is a great instructor. She really understands the body and has helped me tremendously with my flexibility and core strength, I see the difference in my posture every day

I took Pilates classes with Angie while she lived in Texas. Her Pilates training is extensive and she is a great hands on teacher. I wish her the best in her new studio.

I will really miss Angie Balgemann. I took Pilates reformer for two years with her in Louisville Ky and had such a wonderful experience. She really taught me to be body aware and she really explained why and how every exercise I did was helping my body in such a manner that I understood it. She always went at my pace and comfort level. I will really miss Angie and I know Absolute Wellness Pilates will be successful.
