beware the staff doesnt have a clue on whats going on i moved out and have been contacted 3 times now after i told the manager i was getting my stuff out and they are still trying to collect money and then they try to hit you with new fees and penalties every month and the security is minimal at best cause the front gate doesnt work more often than not i would rather donate all my stuff before i stored it there again

I've stored with this company before & had no problems at all, at that time. They have a new res mgr & THIS time my experience was an absolute nightmare! BEWARE, THIS is a shake down place! I had rented 1 unit at this location 2 months prior to moving a 2nd unit there. Prior to arriving with my 2nd unit from my old facility, I called to make sure I could get the "same deal", (the same size unit for the same price). I'd hoped I could save some money, because I expected to be there for years.The res mgr, Stacy the res mgr told me personally (on MORE than 1 occasion), that that would be 'no problem'. I even called when I was on the way to confirmed, before I headed to this facility to make sure everything was set & ready, since I had movers on the clock @ 125hr. Once I arrived with my movers, I was informed that I would NOT get the 'same deal'. In fact, it was going to cost me DOUBLE what I was paying at the place where I moved FROM, which was an increase of about 30% from I was quoted. Back in the day, we used to call this 'bait & switch'. Then, on top of that, I was very rudely told "that was the best that they could do & if I didn't like it I could just leave". (It may help you to know that by then, I had nearly 300 already invested in my move). Well, once I picked my jaw up off the floor, I left & contacted the BBB, IMMEDIATELY. After which, I learned that they are NOT a member, btw. Now, I'll be paying movers more money that I dont have to move everything ALL OVER AGAIN. WHAT an absolute NIGHTMARE !!
