My favorite taxi service! I never call anyone else. They are reliable & have the best maintained vehicles.

The "polite" person who answered the phone told me he was busy and to call someone else. Best customer service ever...

I tried booking this company for our wedding and I can tell you I will never give them my business. We were trying to find reliable and safe transportation for our guests as we don't want anyone drinking as driving. I began contacting the company the end of April and finally by the end of June I quit trying to give them my money. I contacted them over and over and over about receiving a quote. They would respond and say they would get it to me and then I would never receive a response back. Finally after two months I received a reply apologizing for the delay and that they were just really busy and would again get the quote out to me ASAP. I received no response yet again and finally said forget it. Obviously, they are too busy for any more business. If they would have told me that from the beginning I would have understood and began looking elsewhere, but they didn't. I was so excited when they told me about the services they offered and thought it would fit our day really well. Very disappointed.

I have used their services recently for medical transportation and they are polite and extremely punctual! The cleanest cabs in W.N.C. Check them out!

Taxis were scarce at the airport when I needed one recently. Ground transportation services called for me and Night and Fay showed up within minutes. Driver was polite, can was clean and I was very satisfied with the service. I would not hesitate to use them, again.

Night and Day Taxi and Transportation Services is a very polite and respectful taxi and transportation service. The dispatcher is very polite on the phone. The drivers are very nice, clean and respectful. If you need help getting in or out of the car they will politely help you. This company has very nice, clean vehicles. They will even drive your vehicle home for you. Now how many taxi and transportation services will do that? This is a taxi service that I would be able to trust to take a loved one home with no second thoughts. This is one taxi service that I wouldnt mind waiting on if need be. So the next time your in Hendersonville, NC give them a call. I know I will.
