I have never had such great service and follow-up! Recommended to a friend who agrees. Now sending another one. When you find people who like their work and are good at what they do, stick with them. I have moved to the east coast and miss their services. Hearing test is free, so no one has anything to lose. Loaners if repairs are needed (which was a new idea to me).
