Provided by YP.comHad a 8:30 a.m. appointment, no show. Called the office at 9 a.m. to see what the problem was. Was told that there had been an emergency call and that I had been set up for later in the day. No one notified me. Could have waited for hours. Not acceptable. Very poor customer service. This is not how to get repeat customers. Cancelled the service call.
