Premier Dental is exactly that, PREMIER! The staff from Sharee, Jason to Stephanie has treated our family like VIP's when visiting. Dr. Song is wonderful to work with and I feel like our family is in good hands. We've been going to Premier for over 12 years and would not consider going elsewhere.

SERIOUSLY, It is as good as it gets! Premier Dental is the marquis of all dental offices. Trust me, I have been through some dentist office in my 50 year life-time until I found Premier. I have been going for over 12 years and back in 08, Dr. Song did some extraordinary work on my deteriorating jaw bone and root canals. I had 4 implants with a bone graff and never had an issue since. Sharee, Jason (hygienist), Stephanie (Assistant), to name just a few of the staff members treats me like gold, in fact, they are gold to me, Dr. Song, of course :) After moving to Texas, I have come back regularly just to stay with such a caring staff knowing they look out for my best interest and health. I look forward to my dentist appointments and who can say that?

Dentist takes care of my dental work quite well. I'm satisfied with the way the hygienist does teeth cleaning. Friendly and dedicated staff, clean facility. Love this clinic!

Nobody can take a persons anxiety away, but each and everyone of you make it easier by being so compassionate and understanding. I was so embarrassed the first time I came in for my teeth. But you truly made me feel welcome and that I did the right thing. Its hard for a person to overcome embarrassment/anxiety and to expose those fears. I am so glad that I chose your dentistry for my work. From check in to implants the process has gone so smooth, I am feeling more confident that soon I'll have the smile I've always wanted. Dr. Song and assistants, a big thank you.

Fantastic customer service. Everyone was genuinely nice, not fake nice. Extremely helpful and extremely professional. Didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. When I walked in to the office for my second appointment, the ladies at the front desk greeted me and remembered my name after only one visit. I can't even think of one negative to write from my experience at Premier Dental Care.

Great care along with friendly service

Jason was awesome (as always). He is very careful not to cause his patients any pain. He is also very approachable--I feel comfortable talking to him and asking him questions. He knows that I am not a great flosser, but he doesn't nag or judge--I like that. He did give me some very good suggestions for fixing my problem. I had the female dentist today. I'm terrible with names, and I've forgotten hers already--sorry. She was wonderful! I didn't even feel the shots! I appreciate that she goes out of her way to try to eliminate as much of the pain as possible. She also checks in with her patients to make sure that everything is okay--I like that. She was very polite and professional. I had a wonderful experience with her. I was very impressed with the entire staff and how they coordinated with each other so quickly. Everyone was very professional. The entire staff is doing an excellent job--this is how an office should be run!

P.S. I also like the reminder texts--very helpful.

The best place to get dental work done! They are all very kind people. Highly recommend.

The entire staff at Premier Dental Care was amazing and made my wife and I feel very calm since we had a bit of anxiety going into our appointments. They all were very professional and even worked with us on monthly payments. Great experience for sure!

Professional staff with a true concern for the patient. Dr. Song ensures that any issues are related in terms that can be understood in plain terms - no sugar coating involved - pun intended:-)

All actual dental work was excellent and the staff was very professional and pleasant. What for me was very difficult, as a "drag me to the dentist" type of patient, was the time from my 10:50 arrival to my approximate 12:10 treatment beginning was very hard to handle. Had to force myself to stay. I look forward to my next visit as I'm certain there were in house problems of some sort that will not be the norm.

Dentist was great his assistant was not, had a temporary crown put on it took her forever to get it on and It broke hours later after and since it was done on Friday they were closed all weekend so I had to go all weekend unable to eat because of it and my mouth is in extreme pain.

I came in without an app't. with a toothache. They took care of me in good shape in spite of that. I feel better now as their recommendations are working.

I really enjoy my appointments. The staff is very friendly. Always ready to answer my questions.

Dr. Song has a very professional office. One of the things I really like is that Dr. Song is a technology junkie. He has state of the art equipment such as the ability to make your crown right in his office. This saves the patient time from having to come back for another appointment.
