We had an appointment set for Friday at 5:45- and did not get in until 6:30 pm. There is not enough staff to help customers. When we arrived, I was informed that the printers were down, and would not recieve my photgraphs until Sunday. When reviewing our photos our photgrapher was approached two times to check how much longer she was going to be. This made me feel rushed, and not important. On Sunday, I called to check the status of our photos and was put on hold for over 12 minutes. I called back and was put on hold for 7 more minutes before I was disconnected. Finally, I was able to talk to a staff member who informed me that my photos were ready. I am glad that I called myself because I don't think I would have received a call from them anytime soon!
