Stay Away you will be in contract hell!!! I fulfilled my contractual agreement with Planet Fitness in Henderson in April 2015. I opted to not renew but unfortunately I was informed that even though you wish to quit and the contract has been fulfilled apparently they can sign you up a new agreement every month from then on and charge you indefinitely. Or you can go to the post office buy a certified letter have it sent to the corporate office in a few weeks where they may or may not look at it for months.By the way if you dont do this by a certain date of the month they can still charge you the next month AND Annual membership fees as well... If you block your bank account they just keep charging you for months regardless and then send you to collections even after your contract ends... Please understand what I'm saying... This is all after my contract ended and I informed them I Quit! Beware of Planet Fitness and their Unfair Trade Practices.

worst experience of my life, was speaking to my son quietly with his friend. and mgr johnny at 4pm 1/10/2012 approached us at the massage chair away from all customers, he said that we had to leave immediately that we were bothering customers , i commented to him you mean that i asked where my son was a minute ago at the front desk and he said yes, i said how are your employees customers he said i said leave now. my son and his friend are both children of police officers,,,,,,johnny was completely out of of control, very angry, hostile, i am ashamed we have given you new members, do you actually think that the police officers of las vegas and henderson will continue to de stress after a hard day of working for the city, not with johnny managing..this message will also be posted with the police blog around the city, retired nypd, metro police department... there is absoultly no way anyone was disturbing customers, except when all the staff ,menbers, watching johnny tell us to leave.
