The woman worked there wouldn't let me use the washer I wanted to. She made me spend more money than I attended to. She yelled at two other customers for using washers that supposedly didn't hold all the clothes in the washer. If this keeps up I will not be coming back!

Went in right before close and the attendant helped me get my pillows and comforters in the correct machine. Place was clean and attendant was polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We were yelled at by the Manager, Theresa, for putting two pillows and one queen size comforter into the largest washer! Then, after putting five quarters into the dryer, our dryer stopped after five minutes. Theresa gave us only one quarter. She told us how did she know we actually put five quarters into the dryer! The dryers don't work well and are lukewarm. We had to use more quarters than usual to dry our clothes at this laundrymat! Other reviews we read stated that Theresa goes around and lowers the temperature of the dryers when the customers aren't looking. We did not see this happening as we stay next to our dryers at all times as we have had people steal our clothes out of the dryer when we don't watch them!
