BAD BAD BAD i called for my daughter who was sick just a fever...asked to be seen by a doctor for a first visit. receptionist instantly said go to a urgent care, without ever asking what her fever had been? She then yelled over me as i spoke telling her we wanted to see the doctor it was regular business hours 10am. Why cant a regular dr treat a regular fever why on earth would anyone need er for such a simple issue?? told me everything i needed to know NEVER GO HERE!

I was discharged as a patient yesterday, after 3 years of being a one. Dr. Bhatia diagnosed me as having three debilitating illnesses: bone spurs between my vertebrae, Fibromyalgia, and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been in chronic pain for years. I can barely walk some days and I am on crutches most days.

His go-to treatment is turmeric, which isn't going well.

I can't ever get anyone there to leave a message other than "call us back" whenever I call so it's a game of phone tag. I was told I was discharged for going into their office during the COVID-19 outbreak in order to make an appointment.

He was great when I first started seeing him. He listened and was concerned, but he went from a seemingly caring and capable physician to the type to issue a full discharge to a patient crying out for help.

He has lost his spark.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Reddy for several years, and we've been very pleased with the service we've received. Dr. Reddy is a great, compassionate doctor, who truly cares about his patients. We've both referred several of our friends and family members to Dr. Reddy. I've also been seen by the nurse practitioner and the physician's assistant in the office when Dr. Reddy was booked and was very satisfied with both. I noticed a couple of negative reviews were posted by people unhappy with the front office staff, and the fact they couldn't get an appointment. I also noticed both would have been new patients. New patient appointments are harder to get because they take more time, so I wouldn't expect a same day appointment for a first visit. I've never had an issue with the staff. They've always been accommodating. You can't always get a same day appointment because the practice has grown so much in the past several years, but last year when my wife had a serious condition, Dr. Reddy worked us in to his schedule because he knew her condition was serious. My experience with this practice has been nothing but positive. Another plus is they are open on Saturday. I just called (today is Saturday) and was able to get an appointment for my wife today with Dr. Reddy.

I just called to schedule an appointment as a new patient and to start the receptionist was very short answering. She placed my on hold three times. Placing me on hold three times was not the problem it was the tone she used every time and impolite. When she came back on the line after the third time, she had scheduled me for 2:30pm with an arrival of 2pm. for the following Monday. Great to get an appointment so soon, as I was confirming the time, she interrupted me, with "its 2pm arrival that's not an option." I politely told her I will find another doctor. She stated that's fine and hang up. If their front office is allowed to speak to customers in this manner, I am afraid what kind of service the doctor will provide. No thanks. I have double coverage, I know my business is wanted someone else. Because thats all it is a business, no longer personal.

I am from Pennsylvania and had the same Primary Care doctor for 20 years until I relocated to Nevada. I was afraid to try someone different since my doctor was so good to me. Well I can honestly say that I love this office. It is going on 2 years now and I have never had a problem with my services. The staff calls you at home and follow up with your results and give recommendations. I call the office for the smallest issue and they take me in instantly. Dr. Reddy is the best ever
