Unethical & lousy customer service. I have been a regular customer at this particular location for several years. I order all our advertising prints, typically four times a year. This afternoon my husband picked up our usual order (four 2' x 3' posters) which we use on our storefront window displays. I opened up the posters which were rolled up & taped and the color on all the posters were faded and just looked off. The browns used looked more like an off-colored orange, the whites looked beige and the vibrant green looked more like a dull, faded green. My husband called Jean, the franchise owner to discuss the color issue and Jean did absolutely nothing to address the issue, she was more concerned about the costs of reprinting the posters and was not the least bit apologetic for the error. I was dumb founded? The posters looked horrible, nothing like the proofs that were sent to us. That is so deceptive. The right thing for her to have done was to present the increased costs when we placed the order instead of deceiving us by presenting a proof that looked nothing like the final product. I contacted Jean myself and she had a terrible attitude. She gave me a choice of reprinting the posters or providing a refund. I chose the latter. I will be no longer be using this company for our advertising needs.
