After many bad experiences with property managers here in the Las Vegas real estate market a friend told me about Black and Cherry. They now manage my 5 homes here and I could not be happier. They pay on time, handle repairs quickly and are keeping my homes leased which is most important. Thank you Ashley and Anna for always being so professional and upbeat!

Provided by YPmobileAshley and Anna were not only knowledgeable and quick to respond, but most importantly they marketed my property leaps and bounds beyond my last property management company. My house leased in a reasonable time frame and their office staff are always willing to help. Hard to find in this town!
