This was the best car buying experience ever....the salesman, inventory manager, business manager, finance manager, general manager and even the service manager all can to meet us and make this deal possible. This was the most professional team that made my 2014 Corrolla dream come true. Not only did they make you feel like family but we did get the best price here after checking three other dealerships.

Two words...The Best...From the moment you walk in the door they are striving to be the best, make you feel like you are at home from the minute they greet you with respect. Feels like they roll the red carpet out. Edwin and Ben are by far the best two guys I've ever dealt with when buying a vehicle. They get to know you, know your family. They make you feel like family and they genuinely care. I've bought 13 new vehicles 8 of them being Hondas. I just purchase a brand new 2014 Toyota Camry. Brad Cooke was my salesman. Brad initially contacted me over the phone and through email. i.e., A local favoI used to be a Ford girl until I moved to Durham, NC. I made a trip up to Henderson to look at trading in my Ranger for Tacoma. I never felt any pressure to buy anything and was never harrassed by a sales person. He kindly introduced himself, gave me his card, and walked away. This made me feel really good about this place. I finally found the truck that I wanted. The General Manger, Eddie, worked with me to get payments and a down payment where everyone was happy! Since then, I have gone back and traded 4 more vehicles with Toyota of Henderson. I have always been welcomed and I am now a loyal customer. I take my vehicle here to get it serviced as well. It is easy to make an appointment online and when I show up, the guys know exactly what needs to be done. The lobby area is clean and the staff is friendly. Sometimes the wait can be a little long, but I believe that it is because Toyota of Henderson is so good that everyone wants to come here!

This dealership is second to none. Here, they listened to what I said I wanted and needed in a new car and honored that. Once I arrived, everything was consistent with what I was told over the phone and with what was said in the commercial. I was presented with the options that fell within what I said I wanted and that was it. I wasn't asked to over extend myself or to settle. This was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time due to everyone's professionalism and kindness.

Toyota has always been my car and now Toyota of Henderson is my dealership. I can't say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the sales team that made my buying experience an awesome one. Thanks to James Moody and Jose Santizo the complete transaction (starting from phone/internet conversations) to driving away with a new Highlander was exceptional. Toyota of Henderson is the only place to buy.. Our experience with them was excellent. We love our Camry. No high pressure sales, etc. Just friendly servicxe.
