they have great service and great people that would help you in what you need as far as footwear and I would always shop there

I took a pair of shoes to them yesterday. An ornamental clasp had fallen off. I bought them 2 years ago & just wanted to ask them if I could get it replaced. Instead, they swapped them for a new pair at no cost! Now that's customer service at its best! I shop there 3-4 times a year & always great customer service! Also, shoes are of the best quality.

I love Simon shoes so much that even though I don't live close I go at least 3 to 4 times a year, the trip is worth it. They have shoes in any size and any fit. My feet have a lot of problems and I can't find shoes in my size or that fit me well; even shoes that are comfortable but at Simons I had no problem with finding shoes. The service there is great, and they actually measure your feet and fit you. If it's busy they always help you in the best way they can. I am very happy that I have the chance to come and enjoy the business and I hope the continue to be successful.

Today I finally found a store like the ones I grew up with!! My daughter is a college freshman and has a very difficult time finding shoes that fit correctly and are comfortable. I read a magazine article about Simon's in Henderson, KY and we made the almost 200 mile round trip while my daughter was home on spring break. It was a very worthwhile undertaking and we came home with shoes that fit! This is a wonderful store with caring employees that know their profession. It is the only shoe store I have been into in a very long time where they actually measure your feet and work to find a comfortable shoe. A special "Thank You" to Mr. Bruce Simon and his wonderful staff, it's nice to know that there is still a place that understands what customer service really is. Rest assured, we will be back!
