Terrible service, dishonest. Was to hold a dog for me for one day and adopted the puppy out anyway. Paula the operator is dishonest and rude. Would not allow her to pup sit for me, no way.

They recently found some ones dog and rehomed him the same day without giving the owners the legal amount of time to claim their dog EDDIE...shame on you new hope. They won't even give any info on who they rehomed him with. Not to mention their fb post stated found the 24th which is the exact same day he was adopted out. I will post all over fb and I'm hanging flyers out as well as have an attorney involved

Refused survive because the dog I got from them before dug out and ran away and my parents brought back two dogs they couldn't handle

i rated them at five because when i got my 2 dogs there they were exactly what they said it would be
