I am a woman and I have been taking my vehicle to Crofton's for over 6 years and put my trust into this company, they are not only good people but they staff some impressive people. I have never had a bad experience nor was I ever misdirected in any diagnosis or repair, they show me the problem if I am not understanding what is going on and this is unlike any other repair facitliy I have been to. I would give them 10 stars if it was possible. They do get busy at times and your may have to wait a day or two for major repair but that is just business, you cannot please everyone 100% of the time. I would suggest them to anyone they are a great small business !!
