On 5/15/14, I arrived at the beauty school for a wash and style. I had arrived when it opened with my 9 month old son and we waited 30 minutes before I could get serviced. After I finally got a beautician to do my hair, the one of instructors of the school asked if I had someone to watch my son while I was getting my hair done. When I replied that I did not, the instructor moved me, my son and my stylist to another station where we were isolated away from the other customers and students. After my stylist set up at the new station, put the towels and cape on me and lead me to the shampoo bowl, not a minute went by before the instructor pulled my stylist to the side and the girl returned to me saying, "I have to take the cape off you because I can't service you." I thought I heard her wrong and I said what and she simply said that she could not do my hair because my son was in the way. I felt so embarrassed and mortified because the students who saw me and my son from the time that we had arrived were watching me get thrown out of the school. As I was leaving, I told receptionist who greeted me at the door that the people in charge of the school lacked customer service and were incompetent. I would have been more understanding if the minute they saw my kid, they would have informed me that no babies were allowed in the school. I would have so okay, turned around and left. But they made me wait for 30 minutes and then told me to leave as I was about to get shampooed. I will never step foot in that establishment again as long as I live. I suggest to all who read this, to not waste their time or their money.
