Walked and grabbed the paperwork to fill out and receptionist grabbed it back stating I needed different paperwork. Clearly annoyed bc I took the clipboard. Insert eye roll. Than hands me back the exact same paperwork. Not sure if it was a power thing. Honestly who cares. Not welcoming Disappointed.

Arrived at 10:45 Nobody was in waiting nor did any one leave from the back while I waited. I waited over 30 mins to be seen

Brought my wife in here with an abscess for antibiotics and for the pain. She told them her pain was an 8 on a scale of 10, and that she had been taking Advil all day. The nurse came back and handed her pills and my wife asked if they were Advil, since she had already taken so much that day. This girl says "this isn't Advil...it's ibuprofen". Complete idiot. We then get seen by only a physicians assistant since they didn't even have a real doctor on premise. We both told her how much pain she was in and it was getting worse. She gave her a prescription for amoxicillin, but refused anything for the pain. Several hours later my wife's pain got so bad we took her to the ER at St Luke's. The doctor there took one look at her and asked why the urgent care doctor didn't give her a painkiller given how infected the abscess was. So this terribly dumb, rude, and unqualified place cost us time and an extra $200 at the ER for nothing.

Avulsion fracture of my ankle and my MD was closed went here. They were wonderful! Had x-ray done there supplied me with boot cast, crutches and the copy of disc instructed me to see orthopod asap. They came out to help me, put me in a wheelchair and my insurance covered all but a small charge.
