I can’t begin the describe my satisfaction with JDS Septic. After calling numerous companies (both big name and small mom and pop) and even having a few no call no shows from companies I had appointments with, Joey and JDS was recommended to me. I needed to have my septic tank pumped for general maintenance. I called JDS in the afternoon and they had a service team at my house that evening. I was reluctant to have anyone at my house because I was out of town and I didn’t want a company to try and take advantage of only my wife being at home. JDS showed up and did a great job. They were very polite and courteous to my wife. They cleaned up after themselves like you would have never known they were there. I would recommend JDS Septic to any and all friends/family/or anyone needed septic service. Thanks Joey and JDS Septic team.

On a rainy Sunday afternoon these guys professionally cleaned my super full and backed up septic tank. Great price, honest, professional, and you couldn't even tell they had been there by looking at the yard!!! Definitely recommend giving them a call for any septic related issues!

For anybody looking for Septic Service, call JDs Septic they serve all of the Calhoun County Area even though their main office is in Heflin. I was in desperate need of a plumbing service because my septic tank was so full it was overflowing in our toilet, we couldn't flush it, it was not something i could have my 11 yr old using so i had to send her to her dads. I called several companies to get estimates before calling JDs and he was so caring, he was the only one who seemed bothered enough by the fact my child had to leave her home that he beat the lowest price i had been given to do the job, then when the worker ran into something that should of cost me more money, when he called Mr Sprayberry he said "Just get it took care of for her so she can get her baby home" any other company would of stopped right there and left me with a open septic tank until i could of came up with the money, he didn't because he has a heart. I'd use him again if i ever needed to and trust me when i tell you that his company is the best, most reliable, honest and professional one your going to find.

We had several companies come out for an estimate for new field line and JDS was BY FAR the most professional and fair priced of them all. Matt and the crew arrived on the promised date, at the promised time. They were efficient and answered the many, many questions I had about the process. The work was done in one day, a long day, but one day. They spread grass seed and straw and cleaned up all the excess dirt and debris before they left. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat and am recommending them to my neighbors as well. You cannot go wrong in hiring this company. Thank you to Joey, Matt and everyone who repaired our mess of lines and got our household back in working order.

This company is top notch in my book. Called around to get prices on local pumping services and Joey was quick to give me an fair estimate and to thank me for my business. He also wished me a blessed day which was huge to me :) He sent his two men Oren and Jimmy and they were fantastic. Both kept me informed and showed me step by step what they were doing making sure that I didn't think they were charging me more than what was necessary. They were quick and efficient and much appreciated. I will recommend this company to anyone and will use them for future needs! Thanks JDS septic!!

I would definitely recommend this company. I called to have my septic tank pumped, the next day they came out and gave me plenty of notice via phone call and text. The two men that came out where very polite and knowledgeable. The price was fair and the job was done right.

These guys were wonderful . I called at last minute and the owner fit me in on top other schedule clients. Like most septic situations, ours was an immediate need, with backflow into our home. Being new to our area (in the past year), we didn't know who to call, so we called around. Being in this rainy season, the Septic companies are really busy, and no one could see us for 3-4 days. When I spoke with Joey, the owner of JDS Septic, and explained our situation, with 4 school aged children in the home, he sent his guys the next morning, before his first scheduled appointment of the day. His guys showed up, were very nice, and even went above and beyond to explain everything to us about our system, and what they were doing at each step. Prices were very fair, and they left us with a "Y'all have a blessed day". Can't find good business like this everywhere. I would highly recommend these folks to everyone.
