Countryside real estate is the worst! They're lazy, they don't know all the information you need, they make you go through crazy loop holes. They don't answer their phones. If I were you I would not go through them if you want to buy a house.

Best realtor we have ever used and we have bought and sold 7 houses in our married life. In this economy, Cathyann sold our home in 3 days by placing a fair price on the property and marketing it well. We had to move to be closer to our children and Cathyann made this possible. We had closing today .. the journey started with a signed contract with Countyside Realty on April 5th -- a sale on April 7th and closing today on May31, 2013.
