Friendly, knowledgeable tech repaired my vacuum the next day so I could clean for my company coming over. Showed me some options for later this year when I am ready for a new machine. No pressure for sure! I'm super happy with the results, my vacuum works right and I didn't have to listen so some song and dance story about needing a new vacuum right then. Thanks Vacuum Villa! You guys rock!

Was very unsatisfied with the customer service. Was told my sewing machine would take less than a week and it took 2. When I called to see when it would be ready the man working said he had never even heard of a Morris brand sewing machine. Went into the store to see what was going on and found out that the owners took my machine to Ogden. Never did I get a phone call to let me know what was going on. When I explained this to the owner I felt as though she didn't even care. Go somewhere else especially if you need your machine for a time sensitive master.
