Utter chaos, zero respect for parents time and lack of organization make it very difficult to manage for full time working parents. Expected to check emails throughout the day for that day/night practice. Zero confidentiality, just an all around extremely poorly run business. Anyone that has left or spoken up has been ostracized by the studios owner and director. Juvenile behavior at its finest. Prices are very expensive and costumes are a racket, they make their money from over charging costumes, sweat suits and charging even dancers for recital tickets.
