I brought my wife's car to the Jiffy Lube for an Oil Change. Not a difficult task since thats what they do, correct. I was WRONG, they neglected to replace the bolt on the bottom of the oil pan correctly and it came out, allowing the oil to do the same. I made it about one traffic light when the engine seized up and was ruined. Not only did it take over a month and a half for them to replace my engine (that still will not drive the way it should) It took me a year to get them to pay the bill for the rental car they wouldn't pay after the agreed to the car rental. All Jiffy Lubes have a cooperate account with Enterprise. Jiffy Lube approved the car however when Enterprise bills Jiffy Lube they don't pay. After a few attempts to get paid the bill reverts to the credit card you need to give them to drive the car. Save the aggravation and go to someone you trust and will care if a problem arises.
