If I could give a higher review, I would. I had been carpeting shopping and was ready to pay more at Loews's and Home Depot. I stopped by Best Buy and was surprised to get LOWER prices for better quality that would have been an upgrade else where. But wait, get this!!! I ORDERED a carpet, but when it was delivered, I didn't like it. I went to the store and told them I wasn't happy. The OWNER ate the cost and let me pick another shade. If that wasn't good customer service, then I there is a new definition. THANK YOU EMMANUEL and the others!!!!

My wife and I searched for floor options around North St. Louis County. Best Buy Flooring on Lindbergh had a fine selection with great pricing. Arnie Rothman, the owner, came to our new home, showed samples, measured, and gave us our price on the spot. The installers, Les and Laurinda, worked their art and we are so pleased. Our friends, neighbors, and relatives are in awe. I posted photos on Facebook. I highly recommend them.
