Gagan is amazing - very friendly, attentive, knowledgable, and he genuinely cares about delivering good customer service. He's also fair (or more than fair) when it comes to pricing.He knows how to do the business and deal with the customers.



I took my car to Gagan for an estimate after I was involved in a hit and run accident.

This is my first time to get in insurance claim. He guide me as a big brother and tell me what to do step by step.I was very worried about my car and claim too but Gagan helped me alot.He also arrange a rental car on the body shop.



Gagan settled all amounts with the insurance company as my car was being repaired, and they even repaired a small dent unrelated to the accident, and touched up the bumper free of charge! My car looked amazing when I got it back!



I would like to give him 10 star for his Customer service(which is world class) and guidance.
