Provided by SuperpagesThis past summer I was traveling with my family from LA to KC. My 2003 Expedition broke down in Colby KS. I could not get my truck repaired there, I called O"Reilly in Hays KS to look for an alternator I spoke with Terry. He had the part in stock and not only that he had a mechanic ready waiting for us. We made it there and my truck was repaired in a couple hours. Just want to commend Terry for his EXCELLENT customer service. You just don"t see this anymore. THANK YOU VERY Terry.
