This cleaners has unethical and unprofessional practices. I am new to the area but I've never seen anything like this before. I was quoted a price on the phone and in person to have a leather jacket cleaned and an old zipper removed and replaced with a new zipper. It took a month to get the coat back, the cleaning was poor and there was no new zipper. I will be reporting to the BBB and Attorney General's Office.

I brought them a Queen Down Feather Bed to clean and when I went to pick it up yesterday it wasn't there and they said I had already picked it up. I had the ticket, had not been there to pick it up so the girl working said she would speak with the owner and have her call me. The owner, Sonja Zimmerman, did call but insisted on basically calling me a liar. She said multiple times that NO they did not mess up & that I indeed picked it up. It doesn't matter that the last 4 numbers of the debit card aren't ours, nor that a man picked it up & it wasn't my husband. She said it was impossible for someone else to get my stuff, that her people are perfect and super human as they never make mistakes and that I will need to provide her my August BANK statement to prove I didn't pick it up or pay for it. I told her that I would make sure that I share my experience with my friends and family and encourage them, like myself, to never use their business. Her exact words were "I've heard that before".

INCREDIBLE SERVICE.

I have used Sonja's exclusively for almost a year now, and it is the only dry cleaner in the area I would recommend. For starters, they go above and beyond: the little things to not go unnoticed. The resewed a loose button on my shirt, no additional cost. And I am almost positive that they repaired a small tear in a pocket in my dress shirt. They are extremely efficient and timely. I also really appreciate the fact that they are environmentally friendly.

Furthermore, I am terrible at taking care of my clothes: I spill stuff, I fall, I get splashed by traffic, i'll leave a damp suit jacket in my trunk for a week. Each time my clothes are returned, it is as if they were just tailored. Don't know how they do it.
