Based in Hawthorne, N.J., Lincoln Middle School serves more than 560 students in grades six through eight. It addresses the educational, emotional, social and physical needs of students through an instructional and activity program. The school s academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as mathematics, art, social studies, science, music and physical education. It involves students in a variety of activities, such as field trips, dances, assemblies, skating parties, open gym nights and other informative events. The school provides opportunities to participate in various athletic activities, including soccer, basketball, and track and field. It has an active parent-teacher organization and student council. Lincoln Middle School is administered by the Hawthorne School District.
