Like the song says, "You're simply the best!" I've stored elsewhere. That's these guys are the best.

Nice and very polite staff,they are always professtional and quick to take care of your needs. It is one of the cleaness self storage facilities i have ever did business with and i have use many, i will recommend Self Storage to all of my friends and family.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Clean and convenient facilities and payment options. They also have flexible contracts and are willing to work with the customers.

405 self storage is the fourth storage place I went since I moved to Los Angeles. My last storage place was Extra Space Storage in Venice, probably the worst company I had to deal with. So I have to say that it was refreshing to come to 405 self storage. The place is new, clean, secured and the employees are really nice. I have to say that I am not working for this storage company at all. As a customer, I highly recommend it. I have been a customer there for more than a year and I never had a single complaint. You really feel that the people are there to help you. It's really a great place.Very rare find in Los Angeles.

I have been a client of 405 Self Storage for 2 years -- In comparison to another facility that I have used (Public Storage) this facility rates far superior in unit location, cleanliness, security, payment options and professionalism of the management staff. They cater to a more upscale business crowd and are perfect for small to medium sized firms. They even have a personalised ATM located outside the office for after hours payments. I'm always greeted with a smile by the office staff and feel quite secure storing my household goods at 405 Self Storage.

I have rented a few spaces at 405 Self Storage. The staff is great. The location is safe and clean. I would highly storage location to my friends!

I've been a client for several years a really appreciate how secure I feel when by myself, the complex and grounds are clean and groomed, the staff always seem pleasant and remember my name, and the location is very easy to get in and out of which is BIG for a storage complex.

As a woman, I feel safe here! That is the most important thing for me. I have an alarm on my house. I always lock my car and have an alarm on it. I password protect my computer. Why would I put my belongings somewhere that they aren't safe. More important, why would I go to a place where I don't feel safe. At 405 Storage I FEEL SAFE! That's why I choose them. They seem to value my safety. Have I said "safe" enough yet? :-)

If you are looking for a clean and safe place for your stuff then save yourself a trip. I shopped around and there is nothing like this place. The staff is awesome! They remember my name when I come in. The halls are clean. I love this place.
