Unable to accommodate working patients in any reasonable amount of time - I guess you have to be retired or unemployed to be a patient. Last appt is 3pm M-Th and 2 PM Friday, 8 am appointments are months out.

In my opinion -Front desk girls are like bill collectors. Dr does not discuss anything with you. Front desk girls all have phony smiles and nasty dispositions. The office manager was a very vile man to deal with. I believe all the good reviews that are on the web sites are made up by him. Seems he frequently scours the internet to protest anything that is written that is not favorable. Do your research before you commit big bucks to this place. I had a problem with one of the "bill collectors" attitude. Naturally this office manager had never ever heard of a complaint against any of "his" people. Asked to speak to the dentist and was told "I could not talk to him. That he had final say" and that he "ran the office..." I think each visit, I got less then half of the novacaine in my system. Most of it ran down my throat. Thought maybe that was a one time mistake but happened each time. I will say that the assistants and hygienist could not have been nicer. This is my opinion.

They got us right in and the women up front were great. The room was dingy, they are not set up to handle children. The X-ray was blurry but the dr seemed confident in his brief exam. Not overly satisfied.
