MARVIN E. KANZE, INC. after 10 years of great service on my old heating & cooling equipment just replaced my system with a high efficiency gas furnace and air-conditioner. They did a bang up job!!! The install team was clean and professional, in fact my utility room was cleaner when they left than when they came. They were real nice guys as well. What made me want to write this review though was my very low electric and gas bill- This system does exactly what the saleperson said it would- save me money each and every month, all while keeping me comfortable:) Use this company, and buy a TRANE!

My service calls have always been answered promptly, and their expertise

 is second to none. I selected them to replace my dying and inefficient 

unit with a new Trane heating and cooling system because they provide 

the best value and service in the area. Jonathan Kanze personally came 

out to check on the installation and answer my questions, and the 

technicians were friendly, efficient, clean, and very skilled. Highly 

recommended!

This company has been taking care of us for 15 years plus, and I felt it was time to let folks know what I thought. They are great! They are neat, clean, polite, and extremely friendly! They fixed our heat this winter when it went down, and they came out very fast. These guys are so great, and I trust them so much that I even leave my back door open for them when I have to go to work.

I arranged to have my two HVAC units serviced after letting a few years go by between service (not a good idea). Luckily there were no major issues. The technician arrived promptly at the pre-arranged time; he put on shoe covers before he entered my home (I was happy I didn't to ask); and worked efficiently to complete the work. He explained what work was performed and his findings. I found the office staff to be professional and pleasant to work with as well. I have high expectations of companies that do work on my home and this company definitely meets them.

We had a 27 year old Bryant heater that finally died. This company came out and did an estimate for us in short order, and got us a price fast! The next day they installed a brand new high tech./high efficiency Trane furnace- I'm getting a tax credit baby! The people at this company were polite, and clean. I have only good things to say! The salesman who was one of the Kanze's also seemed far more knowledgeable and honest than the other heater salesmen we had out. Need a furnace- call these guys!

My family and I have used Marvin E. Kanze, Inc. for at least 30 years for our air conditioning and heating needs. They are always dependable and reliable. We recently had an issue with our heater, which needed a very rare part in order to get fixed. Although it took some time to track down the part, the company kept us in the loop every step of the way – and charged very fair prices. All of their technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I can truly say that the company cares about its customers.

I typically don't take the time to write testimonials but theses guys were great to work with. My HVAC unit recently broke and needed to be fixed. I called Marvin E Kanze and was impressed with their customer service and their quick response time. The tech that came to fix my unit was ontime and explained to me what went wrong. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

My 30 year old heating and cooling system finally went out for good early this month. One of the Kanze's came out to give me an estimate, he was knowledgable, polite, and actually quite funny. Most importantly he got back to me fast with an estimate and even gave me 3 options. He was an expert on not only his equipment but on all of the ways to get us money back from rebates to tax credits. The job went in a couple days later without a hitch. The employees from this company just are great, they worked fast, and got it done right! They were clean too, drop clothes were all over the place, my house was as clean when they left as when they arrived. If you need your heating and cooling equipment replaced- these guys are fairly priced, and do a fantastic job:)

I am not usually a person that likes to spend time writing reviews but when I deal with a company that makes that much of an impression I am more inclined to tell people. I recently had the pleasure of hiring Marvin E. Kanze for some duct work and a replacement of my HVAC unit. From the beginning of the process I was extremely impressed. The salesman came out and explained what was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. The cost was extremely reasonable and I felt very comfortable with the professionalism that was being displayed. The crew came in to my house and were very respectful and clean. The job was finished in a timely fashion and I am very grateful for the service that I received. I would without reservation recommend Marvin E. Kanze for all of your HVAC needs!

Worst experience we have ever had with a company servicing our home. We've owned our home for 10 years and worked with many contractors. This company, Marvin Kanze was terrible. The work they performed was sub par. We had a new system installed and it's been nothing but issue after issue, beginning with the installation. Against code-potentially dangerous, caused a major gas leak, required servicing of our brand new installed system four times within the first year. I would NEVER recommend this organization. Don't do it!

Sales person was really good but the technician that came to install the air conditioning unit was not done a good work. A person without much patience, want to get out as soon as possible. When we asked to fix some air leaks on the new ductwork response from him - ""it was not a perfect system before"". I know that it was not a perfect system, but do not make it verse.

You are here to make it better not verse.

So I think this company need better technicians. Price was better.

I called 4 or 5 heating & AC companies. Marvin E. Kanze came to my house on the same day gave me the best quote to replace my furnace and get my heat back on. The guys were friendly and wore booties as to not trample dirt round the house.

This company recently replaced my old tired inefficient furnace with a brand new high efficient Trane model, and cleaned my ducts. They did a fantastic job! My furnace heats evenly throughout the house, and my ducts are spotless. This company is on time, neat & clean, and holds themselves to the highest ethical standards around. I would recommend this company to anyone anytime. Great workman, and nice & knowledgeable salespeople.

Our furnace died in late November, and Marvin E. Kanze, inc. sent a serviceman out A.S.A.P., Unfortunately our 22 year old furnace could not be saved. The next day they installed for us at our request a super high efficient furnace for a reasonable price, and cleaned our ducts for a discounted rate because they were already in the home. Let me just say our house heats more evenly and for less money than ever before, and the level of dust in my house seems to be way lower. The air just seems to be cleaner. These guys are GRADE A, and so are the workmen that work for them.

We bought a new heat pump with a gas back-up from this company, and it was installed with top notch quality! The workman were also great, very nice guys. This family owned company is top notch, now wonder they have been around for 50 years plus!

We bought a new hybrid (heat pump with gas back-up) system from these guys in August. The system works exactly how we hoped it would. We are saving $$$, and we are comfortable in every room of our house. In addition, the workman were nice as can be, and did clean work. This family run company is terrific:)
