So of course it's a Saturday morning and my daughter slams her finger on her bedroom door. No way we're going to wait in the ER for the whole day. Checked in to Carestat online - an app told me I was 5th in line. Then I got texts as I moved up in line. Didn't need to show up until they were ready for us. Got xray, a splint and a ton of friendly care. In and out in about 45 minutes -- truly amazing in this day and age. We will be back! We have Personal Choice and paid just our urgent care copay - more than her pediatrician but much less than the ER copay.
