THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO RICHARD K.

Richard, We did PAY ALL of your DMV fees including the sales tax. You could not have gotten a permanent tag without them. What you are confused about is ever AFTER we get you your permanent tag, DMV still gives you a temporary "year" sticker until you pay the personal property tax to the COUNTY. We nor any dealer pay that. The county now issues the "year" sticker on any new purchase. NOT DMV. Sorry for the confusion.

DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. My elderly mother bought a car from them about a month ago. Gave them 1000.00 cash down as requested. After about a month they called and said they were waiting for the other 200 dollars. Of course we told them they were confused, but then came the other boot, apparently something fell through with the original financing, and without her consent or permission they secured another loan through a fly by night company that required more down. My mother had already sold her previous car so she felt boxed in. I went with her again to try to understand exactly what was going on, also cause I thought she had to be confused. To my horror she wasn't, and when I tried to ask questions about this whole situation the manager, Marcus, started hoping up and down and screaming about needing the 200, even slamming doors and arguing in my face. We will be calling the BBB to pursue this, my mother had always bought cars cash before this too, shame.

Sales Representatives were very helpful. They knew exactly what we wanted and needed. They put us behind the wheel that very same day. We are definitely satisfied customers. #LovingOurKingRanch

THIS IS IN RESPONSE TO AMANDA M

I offered to both buy the housing and get it repaired but it would take a week. Your husband volunteered to save time if I would buy the part. He said he was experienced.

I was then told of a timing chain rattle. I told your husband I would have it looked at when the radio was installed at the mini dealer in Raleigh. I told you not to allow them to diagnose the vehicle because they had made errors in the past and to let me handle it. But you took over as soon as the car got there by instructing the service writer to not take any requests from me. I called you and informed you it was your responsibility. They misdiagnosed as I knew they would and I had the vehicle taken at another repair facility your husband requested. The work was done and I paid for all of the items that were bad less the overage charge by the mini dealer in Raleigh, a thermostat housing I paid for once before for your husband and plugs. My portion was $1,283.76 yours was much less.

Worst experience ever. I was treated very poorly by the owner. Which appears to happen quite often to other people as well. We purchased a car at the end of September. Less than two weeks later it basically crapped out. We had to replace the thermostat housing. Which the dealership did pay for the part as long as we did the labor. Then it appeared the water pump and timing chain needed to be replaced. Very long story short, we just got the car back from a shop and in working order after having to pay $1500 out of pocket. The dealership did pay a portion of the repair expense. The car is still leaking coolant and I am not feeling confident about the future of the vehicle. After spending almost $13,000 on a vehicle we should not have had to ford over another $1500 to get it in working condition. I certainly understand that cars need repairs at times, but the situation was handled very unprofessionally. I am very disappointed in the whole situation. I see a trend of peoples vehicles breaking down shortly after buying them from this dealership. Also a trend of being treated poorly by the owner.

Alyssa. Like I said in my text to you. I am sorry you feel the way you do but here are the facts. The vehicle your fiancée purchased was a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic with 13,000 miles on it. It still had FACTORY WARRANTY. The vehicle was a perfect. one owner, clean carfax (no accidents) automobile. What you are failing to tell everyone here is that your fiancée totaled it in an accident in less than a week. Your complaint was that the airbags didn't deploy. I explained to you why they may not have deployed and if you feel that they worked improperly to contact GM. You were just upset because you still owed me a down payment that we trusted you would pay later on. Your fiancée authorized the payments you are referring to that we "took out without permission". No business can withdraw funds from someones account without WRITTEN consent. We had just that. You just felt that since the car was totaled that you shouldn't have to pay the dealership the money you had promised. I am sorry but people do have to get paid to feed their families too. IE: sales managers, and sales people. As far as this marine thing and the disrespect? Really? One of my managers (the one who sold you the car) was in the army 5 years and my other manager is a marine. I totally respect and appreciate every soldier out there and go out of my way to make them satisfied whether they purchase from me or not. I did tell you that you had some growing up to do because you were acting childish at the time. My personal cell phone (the one you texted to) is available for every customer. That is how commuted I am at making sure EVERY customer gets the attention they deserve.

Do NOT waste your time and money at this playground the owner, Mike, dares to call a business. My fiancé and I bought a car from him and it was trash within 5 days of owning it. Not only did he take money out of my fiancés account without permission, but he talked down to us and treated us like children. He was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Are you a United States Marine? Are you married to one or dating one? Well Mike doesn't care about the stress Marines are under and likes to belittle them and screw them over too. By taking money out of their account when the insurance is supposed to handle it. I wouldn't give this guy a single star if it was an option. Do NOT waste your time or money here.
