First off I love Victoria Secret at Turtle Creek and usually everyone is helpful or nice, but on New Years Eve around 4 something i paid for an item and was not even greeted. When i walked up to the counter I had to speak first cause she just grabbed my bag and didnt say anything, then she snatched my gift card out of my hand.. and quickly said "3.47" in the driest tone. As i took my money out she looked at me impatiently as if she was annoyed. I handed her the money and instead of handed my bag to me and making eye contact she slid the bag across the counter. Im saying all this because i work in retail and i would never treat a customer like this. This is for the manager: She has blonde hair thats kinda past her shoulders, small size, bland face (not smiley), and worked on news years day around 4 or 5 but I will be back to get her name
