Horrible! Came here for my daughters 4th birthday had a 20 minute wait. We were finally seated & the food was wrong. Took over half hour to correct my hamburger and the kids were upset by the time we got our food. Lessened learned never again

We've eaten in Chilis Bar & Grill all over the country. The

service on Hardy St in Hattiesville MS is the worst. It was a rainy Monday night & they weren't busy. Everyone around us had complaints. The waiter was terrible. People beside us complained their ticket was wrong, people beside them complained the whole meal that they couldn't get service. We couldn't get napkins, refill on a coke or water. We finally demanded a take out box & left. I've never had bad service at any Chilis anywhere in the country. If you get William as a waiter you will get lots of apologies but no action!

I ordered Talapia and it was under cooked, tasted like rubber. To their credit the gladly replaced it with something else
