I was very disappointed in them today. I tried to buy Scotts crabgrass killer and fertilizer for my lawn to spread next week. I was told, by their customer service, that I could not order it online to pick it up at the Customer Service desk. They said it was non-essential and I had to come into the store to buy it. This is not a good policy to have to prevent a spread of Covid-19! I, in turn, ordered it from Home Depot online and they allowed me to pick it up at their CS desk. Why would Home Depot allow this and not Lowes? It seems ridiculous.

Anyway, Lowes lost a $70 purchase today and I may be using Home Depot more often, even though it is 3 times as far away from my home. I hope a lesson will be learned here by Lowes!
