I purchased some irrigation equiptment that was installed by the dealer, it has had numerous problems that I have tried to get resolved over several years. The equiptment has not been able to run correctly or safely on my farm from the time of installation. Last fall I asked in writing if it could ever be ran correctly on my land, I never got a response. After crashing this summer (4 months ago) they then decided that it never should have been installed where it is. During the last 4 months I have called and e-mailed many times with no help what so ever. They have not even been able to get me an estimate of cost for repairs, and will not help with any expenses. So I am out over $40,000 for brocken equiptment that never has run correctly, should not have been intalled there in the first place, and was not disigned correctly for my farm. They just play the blame game and will not lift a finger to evern try to work something out. Not a company that anyone should ever deal with.
