A-1 Fiberglass offers a diverse range of molding and application processes including open molding, hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, cold-press molding, RTM, CNC precision trimming, CNC pattern work, plastic thermo-forming, and advanced composite prepregs. A-1 Fiberglass uses the latest industry technologies throughout its production process: CNC Precision trimming and routing, an integrated CAD/CAM design system, strict quality control and a metered application system governing its processes from the raw materials to the completed product. A-1 Fiberglass has been in operation for more than 25 years. Its management team has over 200 combined years of industry experience and are CCT Certified. The company's primary manufacturing facility is located in Hastings, Neb., with over 120,500 square feet of production space, 80,000 square feet of mold storage facilities, 10,000 square feet of dry material storage and 14,000 square feet of shipping and maintenance facilities. A-1 Fiberglass' three other facilities are located in Montezuma, Iowa, Aurora and Fremont, Neb.
