I recently had the pleasure of meeting Louis (owner) and Joe T from Harwil Fixtures. Joe built custom shelves and a amazing custom bar level kitchen island for us.
Joe was the most knowledgeable, professional and kind guy! He was sent to our home to clean up the mess from the installer sent from City One Design Gallery and he handled the situation with understanding/compassion, class and professionalism - something City One Design Gallery failed to do on every level as we still have unresolved issues with City One Design Gallery a m9nth later!
Thank you Louis and Joe for caring about customer service and a job done with standards and professionalism. I would recommend you guys any day!
