I was a normal and loyal guest of theirs until today. A week ago I got my nails done and the tech put way too much acrylic, I returned today to get them filled as I have a busy schedule work and school. I was charged 25 for this to be done. I asked about the price and was told 19 for gel, 3 for a nail
Chip (no new nail) I have an overlay, and she broke a nail in the process of doing my nails so another 3. I got a pedicure and was charged an extra dollar. I called and asked about it and was told that was that was for quick dry.. I didn't get quick dry. They charge people for stuff they didn't get and then charged me for a broke nail that she broke.. Besides this, my nails were thick from the old tech doing them so I didn't get them redone I just needed them filed down.. Total rip. I paid the full set price! Scam artists. I've been going here for years! Never again though!

I would not use this salon, The owner is rude. If you do not have cash and want to use a credit card for a service that is not more than $10 she will charge you $10 for a service that maybe $5 $6or $7. She will not let you say ok give the person who performed service the tip. She says tip is seperate. Don't let yourself be bambozled,by law merchants are not allowed to put a minimum on a person who uses a credit card. When they sign to receive a merchant account they are binded to accept those cards in any amount. They may lose privelages of accepting cards. This women is worse because she wants to make a bigger profit by posting her minimum signs. She ran the card for $10 and I left no tip. I was not going to leave her $3 and then leave an extra $3 for tip on a $7 service for eyebrow wax.I felt it was on her to do right thing and give her employee her deserved tip.
