While several employees were joking and laughing at the registers, the simply is no customer service. I did see one employee in the entire computer and accessories area with 15 or so customers waiting and one person in the cell phones area with several people waiting there. I saw one more at the door. There was not enough for me to speak to one in the 30 minutes I was looking for one.

I dissagre with Olivia. This store does not have a long wait. Actually, it moves pretty fast. It's not the fastest store I've been to in my 13 year old life, but it dosen't deserve 1 star. I reccomend this store, but there maybe better ones in your area.
